The  Gems Receives National Recognition and Honorable Mention for Their efforts in a local Community Service Project

The Germantown Gems, based in Germantown, Maryland, received an honorable mention from a group called, The Power Washers of North America (PWNA) for a recent community service project in Germantown.
Henry Bockman, the project coordinator and the president of
Henry's Housework Inc., contacted additional companies and organizations in the area to start a volunteer program, similar to other programs the company volunteers in, such as “Christmas in April” and other local charitable programs.
The Germantown Gems was the first group to volunteer their valuable time in this effort, and their overwhelming support made this project possible.
